Terms & Conditions

Welcome to YK Printers & Advertisers. These terms explain the use of ykprinters.pk and the ordering of our printing, packaging, design, advertising, and customized products. Please read them before confirming an order.

1. Scope & Order Agreement

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to YK Printers & Advertisers. “You” and “customer” refer to the person or business placing an order. These terms apply where made available before order confirmation, including orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, or shop. Confirmed specifications, quotations, artwork approvals, and additional terms agreed in writing form part of the order agreement. Mandatory legal rights take priority.

2. Products & Specifications

Photographs and mockups illustrate products and customization options. Your confirmed specifications determine the agreed size, quantity, material, printed sides, printing method, binding, and finishing. Minimum quantities vary by product. Any proposed material substitution requires your approval before production.

3. Prices & Quotations

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the specified requirements and remain valid for the period stated. Applicable design, delivery, taxes, finishing, and urgent production charges will be identified before confirmation. Changes to your requirements may require a revised quotation and schedule.

A confirmed price will not change without your agreement. If a listing contains an error, we will explain the correction before proceeding. You may accept the corrected offer or decline it and receive a refund of payments for the unfulfilled order.

4. Confirmation & Payment

An enquiry, quotation request, or payment screenshot does not by itself confirm order acceptance. We will confirm acceptance after reviewing specifications, availability, and payment arrangements. Any advance, payment stages, and balance due date will be stated before confirmation.

Production begins after the agreed payment clears and final artwork is approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please use official payment details and retain your invoice or order reference. Collection or dispatch may depend on settlement under the agreed payment terms.

5. Customer Artwork & Files

Customers must supply suitable artwork and accurate content, including names, spelling, telephone numbers, prices, dates, dimensions, and numbering. High-resolution files with appropriate bleed and safe margins are recommended. Screenshots, missing fonts, and low-resolution images can affect results.

Please identify critical requirements such as barcode readability, QR-code scanning, sequential numbering, or exact brand colours. File correction, recreation, or additional design work may carry a separately agreed charge. If we identify a file problem, production may pause while a solution is agreed.

6. Proofs & Artwork Approval

Review the final proof carefully, including all text, Urdu and English spelling, contact details, dates, logos, layout, print sides, and finishing instructions. Clear written approval, including through WhatsApp, authorizes production of the identified proof. Later changes may involve additional costs and delays.

Errors originating in customer content and present in an approved proof may require a paid correction or reprint where proofreading was not included. Approval does not excuse our production errors, deviations from the proof, or failures in services we expressly agreed to provide.

7. Colour & Production Variations

Screen colours may differ from printed colours due to display settings, inks, materials, coatings, and production methods. Digital proofs primarily confirm content and layout. If precise colour matching is essential, request a suitable physical proof or colour reference before production; any additional charge will be confirmed.

Minor variations can occur in trimming, folding, binding, lamination, engraving, and print placement. Relevant tolerances should be agreed for the order. These variations do not permit material departures from confirmed specifications or the supply of defective goods.

8. Design Services & Source Files

Design charges, concepts, revision rounds, and deliverable formats will be agreed before work begins. Additional work outside that scope may require a separate quotation. Editable source files, working files, fonts, and third-party assets are included only where expressly agreed and permitted by their licences. Customers retain their rights in supplied materials; rights to final designs follow the agreed scope.

9. Production Times & Deadlines

Production estimates normally begin after agreed payment, complete specifications, and final approval are received. Courier transit time is separate unless included expressly. Delayed approvals, changes, material shortages, equipment issues, or events beyond reasonable control may affect the schedule. We will communicate material delays and discuss available options.

Tell us about essential deadlines before confirmation. Guaranteed deadlines apply only when accepted in writing. Urgent orders depend on capacity and any agreed additional charge.

10. Delivery & Collection

Delivery options, charges, and estimated transit times will be confirmed for your location. Supply an accurate address, recipient name, and reachable telephone number. Additional costs caused by incorrect details, refused delivery, or requested redelivery will be explained before charging.

Inspect your parcel on arrival and retain packaging if there is damage or a shortage. Contact us promptly so we can investigate and coordinate a remedy. Photographs or an unboxing video may help, but a video is not required for a valid complaint. For collection, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting our shop.

11. Changes & Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Before work begins, payments for cancelled work will be refunded. Once work begins, a cancellation settlement may deduct reasonable, itemized costs of authorized work completed and order-specific materials committed that cannot reasonably be recovered.

Completed customized goods generally cannot be cancelled solely for a change of mind. This does not restrict remedies for defects, faulty services, or failure to fulfil an order as agreed. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, payments for unprovided goods or services will be refunded.

12. Returns, Defects & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns are not offered for correctly produced customized goods, except where required by law. If goods are damaged, defective, contain production errors, or materially differ from the confirmed order, contact us with your reference, a description, and available photographs. Retain affected items while inspection or return arrangements are agreed.

Where we are responsible, an appropriate remedy may include correction, replacement, reprinting, or a partial or full refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. We will arrange reasonable return costs for verified faults attributable to us. Refund amounts, methods, and expected processing times will be communicated when confirmed. Statutory rights and legal complaint periods remain unaffected.

13. Copyright & Acceptable Content

You must own or have permission to use submitted text, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other content. You authorize their use as necessary to fulfil your order. We may decline unlawful, counterfeit, infringing, or fraudulent work. If an issue arises after payment, we will explain the reason and account for refunds according to law and authorized work performed.

Order fulfilment does not automatically authorize public promotional use of your artwork or confidential materials. Separate permission is required where appropriate.

14. Website Use & Personal Information

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, or interfere with its operation. Our website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including for communication, production, payment administration, delivery, and related record keeping.

15. Responsibility & Consumer Rights

Each party is responsible for its agreed obligations. Complaints will be considered against approved specifications, promised services, and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable responsibilities for defective goods, faulty services, fraud, or misrepresentation.

16. Applicable Law & Disputes

Applicable Pakistani law, including relevant Punjab laws, governs these terms. Contact us so we can review concerns and seek a fair resolution. This does not prevent either party from approaching a competent court, consumer forum, or authority with jurisdiction.

17. Updates to These Terms

Updates apply to future orders. The terms made available at confirmation apply to your order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
